1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver orders all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Time

• Ready-to-Wear Items: 5 – 7 business days

• Customized or Stitched Orders: 10 – 12 business days (may vary based on order volume or design)

• Remote Areas: May take additional time based on courier availability

Note: Delivery times may be affected during public holidays or sale events.

3. Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate:  PKR 300 Nationwide

• Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 8,000

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

• As soon as the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared for real-time tracking.

🚚 Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit:

• Contact us immediately at support@ridashah.com or on WhatsApp

• We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

📝 Important Notes

• We recommend you record a short unboxing video for damaged/wrong item claims

• We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the returned product does not meet the policy requirements
